Have you ever used PRICELINE?

I was thinking about placing a bid for airfare throug priceline, but I wasn't sure if it was worth it... does it actually save money?

You can save money, but be warned that you might end up with a flight at a crappy time.  You can't control the airline or the time you fly, so that's the downside.

I have used it, and it's done well for me, especially for just lodging. Last week I asked for peoples' experience with Priceline.com here, and got no answers. Besides this one, I hope you get more.
