Have you ever used a sauna?

I just need some quick fix for some weightloss: i have a proffesional shoot for work tommorow. I know it's all water, and as soon as i drink it'll all come back. But how much water weight have you lost in a sauna in how long?

    If you want to lose weight then you need to forget about all the diet books and exercise videos and just get on with eating fewer calories and burning more calories. Simple as that.

    The real trick comes with the mental side of weight loss which is where I've found most of my clients suffer. With hypnosis or hypnosis programs the mental side is covered because the hypnotic messages work with the subconscious mind. If you can master the mental side of weight loss, not only can you lose weight, but you can keep it off; which is the real problem most people face.

    Make sure you have set yourself realistic weight loss goals.

    Make sure you have appropriate motivation - a reward / punishment method works for some people.

    Make sure you have the support of people around you - friends / family.

    Make sure you keep your focus on your goal.

    And get rid of your bathroom scales!!!

    Weight loss typically occurs with inches being lost before the weight goes. I've had clients who have lost no weight for a month, yet they have dropped 2 dress sizes in that month. As well as monitoring your weight weekly, take your measurements weekly too and notice the difference!

  3. For many health reasons, don't use a sauna for over 20 minutes.  Do a fast tonight only drinking water and no food to help, you may get about 5 pounds off depending on how much water weight.

    (Your body holds water if you don't drink enough of it, so drink water, you will pee off any you don't need and you will not run the risk of dehydration.)

  4. always go in a sauna in my gym after a work out or swimming and for about 1-2 hours comeing out for a drink every 10 mins :)
