Have you ever visited a medium or psychic?

I am interested in you experience with them, and was wondering how accurate you found them to be?

I have, it seems she was more of a pychic healer than anything else as she accurately told me all the things I had been dreaming about were coming true, restoring my hope as I was 0still am)in despair but everytime I listen to the tape (it was recorded) it picks me up again.

Altho' I was looking for some help & dorection at the time also, I didn;t get that & was abit diapoointed.

Yes they said this weeks Lottery numbers are 4, 08,14,18,29,32

so we shall see.

I have but they were not that good because they had not predicted the lottery numbers for themselves.

Yes I have, and at the time it seemed all relevant, but afterwards I thought about it and it didn't. After 10 years, most of it makes sense.

i never visited such 'professionals' for 'a consultation' because i am too conceited to believe somebody else could possibly know what lies before me or how should i live my life.

i never went to licensed psychologists tho', either.

i met a lot of people with abilities of the kind you may have in your mind when referring to 'mediums/psychics', however - i used to collect rural magic practices in my areas.

some, if not most, really have a high degree of empathy and are able 'to read' you the moment you enter their door. the more desperate you are, the more susceptible to be extorted you are. and they will drain your pockets right away, because they usually 'see' bad stuff about you but they are also 'able to undo' whatever 'spell' is placed upon you.

and there is such a 'bad spell' most often.

such abilities are also true - it was incredible the amount of facts i was told about myself (even without asking, but 'as a proof of their powers') or to clients who allowed me to assist to such 'sessions'.

the best advice i can give you... don't go.

build or reform your system of beliefs around the idea that there is no 'written future' and you are in complete control of your life.

No, all I have to do is speak to my husband, brother, or great grandmother, if I feel that something is unclear to me.  Sometimes one of the two of my children, that are gifted will sometimes calrify something for me seemingly out of the blue.  No need to waste my money, when we do it for one another for free however accidently sometimes. : )

I visited a so-called psychic woman, but nothing she said about me and my life experience was accurate, and  I'm still waiting for all the things she said were going to happen to me. Maybe she was just a charlatan and there really are psychics, but I was really disappointed.

i have had experiences with two.

my first time was by a friend of a friend.  i knew of her and spoken to her maybe once, but i think she was genuinely gifted.  she gave me a tarot card reading which i thought was very accurate not only about aspects of myself, but even of things that were to pass.  there was nothing vague in what she told me at all even though she did not reveal specific dates and times.  

the second one i tried out of curiosity was a lady who i didnt know and stopped in her place on a whim.  it was obvious to me that she was good at twisting words and digging for information.  she seemed to ask me for things more than anything else and i was very diappointed.  

i think if you are interested in finding a good experience, you should go to someone you feel comfortable and attuned too. my second experience, as soon as i stepped through the door, i felt like i should have just walked out.
