Is it a country? Is it just a room? Or just a restaurant or a park? Or anything... somewhere you would be happy and comfortable :)

  1. Me and my girlfriend went to the smoky mountains in Tennessee to this nice rental condo on the side of the mountain. It had a balcony that you can go out on and look down the side of the mountain and the mountains across the way. It was one of the best views i've ever seen. It is fun going on hikes in the mountains too. Im a big guy that hates walking but i loved it.  It was pretty cheap too. It was 125 a night which is the price of lousy hotels around here. I think the best part was driving down the parkways and seeing all of the lookouts on the mountain. We drove about an hour to this place in North Carolina which was really cool. I'm going back there the next chance i get.

  2. yeah i have. well recently i worked out of town and stayed in a cabin by a lake the first week i was like i want to stay here forever. but the next week i started to feel old. i think it is like buying something new. you really like it and want to show it off. but after a while it is like everything else you have. it just don't have the new on it anymore. i think it is the same at a place you really like.

  5. Yes, I went to Maine, there was a small cottage we rented in the woods by the shore or a lake in Damarriscotta. I woke up at 6 in the morning. The smell of coffee was waftinng into the loft. I was snuggled under the comforter. It was a bit nippy outside. I knew that I was on vacation. No phone or tvs to bother me. I was happy I rolled over and slept on. The for lifted from the lake and the sandpipers came out. I never wanted to leave.
