Have you ever visited mykonos island in greece?

Yes, some 40 years ago.  We took a cruise through the Greek Islands and this was one of our stops.  At that time it was very interesting to see the old palace ruins, its' sewage system and of course, the Minotaur ring.

well...i am from mykonos and i can recommend it 100%

...actually you can find places with much better beaches and historical sights in greace,but nightlife is the best you can find in grece!!

there are wonderfull beaches such as paradise,super paradise(which are the most famous beaches of the island),panormos,kalo libadi,agrari,elia,paranga,agios stefanos, agios sostis,agia anna,kalafatis,plati gialos,ornos,megali ammos and a few more beaches wich are worth to visit!

the best nightclubs in mykonos are situated in chora, but there are nightclubs such as cavo paradiso wich are brilliant but not situated in chora.I forgot to mention above that almost all beaches have their own beach bars wich are also brilliant ! Though it is better to visit them dureing day,as they do not have much to offer at night.furthermore there are many nice resturants which serve seafood and greek cusine.

if you are thinking to visit mykonos have in mind that you will have to rent a car,so that you can move around the island as public transportation is poor .

I am sure that if you visit mykonos you are going to have a wonderful time!!

I've seen better islands in Greece but not better fun (night life)...

Yes I have been in Myconos, some years ago and I recommend it 100%.

It has a nightlife that exausts you! It has beaches that celebrate all day long. Cafeterias with views that you don't want to leave from.

All the elite of the world has gone at least once at Myconos. The Greek famous singers and actors have houses there!

It's a must for them.

You will see the latest trends in fashion. You will see the most famous homosexual bars.

You will see whatever you want.

A good place if you want crazy vacations.

If you are looking for a slow pace vacations I strongly recommend not to go there. In the morning the island is empty.

People are starting their morning after 12 -1 o'clock in the morning. So if you want to have breakfast in 10-11 you will be surprised to be almost alone!

During 5 to 9 o'clock, the island is dead too! Everybody is sleeping to get ready for the long night!

It's funny how the life flows in this island.

this place is party central

greece is a party everywhere you go

the hospitality is billiant

greeks are so laid back (live and let live attitude)

the whole world could learn from them.

mykonos has good nude beaches during the day with lots of young people

and party at night

dont go out till 12am onwards

the clothses shops even stay open will 2am!!!

i myself have not visited mykonos, but my mom went there and absolutely loved it!

the people there are really nice and love americans and also most speak english.
