I am sick of my family and want to go somewhere where they will leave me alone for a few months or maybe longer. I feel like they're too interested in my life if you know what I mean. I'm not sure if I've permanently had enough of these guys but I feel like I have to get away to decide. Have you ever felt like this?

  1. YES, whenever i feel that instead of giving my 100% and still my family dejected me than i also feel so. But my fren this is life we have to accept it

  2. Well, i am leaving to australia on monday for these same reasons but still looking for answers whether to abort or not, it is the same , The mind says "YES"but the heart says they re nowhere without you!So it really is a tedious time for all who have both hearts and minds working and disputing at the same time!

  3. Yeah, when I was like 14.  Grow up.

  4. No I have never felt that way, but it is you we are talking about and if you are that totally sick of your family and want to get away then do it. But do you want them to know why you want to get away because you may hurt their feelings and they obviously love you so much and that is why they are like this.  And it may spoil the future, if you do decide that you want to be back in their lives.  Just think it through before you do anything.  Make sure you plan for the future before making your decision and then if you are really happy about going then by all means do it.  I presume that you are old enough and want to be your own person.  Good luck and think it out first. lol

  5. Of course!  Maybe not for months at a time, but I've definitely wanted to get away, even if only for a night!

Take some time out for yourself, do something just for you and you'll feel refreshed and ready to face the family again!

When I was 16, I moved in with my friend and her family because I'd had enough.  I lasted 3 months before I realised how lucky I was to have "interfering" parents and moved back.  It really did wonders as it put my family life into perspective for me, and also made my parents see that I was growing up and needed some more independance.  I have a great relationship with my parents now :)

    Good luck :)
