we go up to saratoga every summer to go to the track. it's more the experience and atmosphere more than the betting. but yes, we do bet and win sometimes. lol

Yep! (Well I pick the horses and my dad makes the bet!)  I do a good deal of winning, I usually bet to win.  I tried the exotics and I love doing them, but they get expensive.  

I don't actually think of betting on horseracing as gambling if you use the racing form and actually analyze the race ;)

You bet! Used to live in the clubhouse at Jefferson Downs in New Orleans.

3...$2 bets per race...place and show. I almost always won those. The only time I bet straight across the board, an ole nag going off at 40-1 on a muddy track, won the race!!!

Think I paid for half my tuition on that one!
