Have you ever went for a job interview for a job that you were totally qualified for and didn't get it??

Well yes of course.  Many times you can be qualified for the job but not get it.  Sometimes people are more attracted to the candidates personality rather than job qualifications.  I know I was chosen over someone who was way more qualified than I was for the job simply b/c they liked my attitude more.

unfortunately, there are more candidates than jobs out there, so even highly qualified applicants are having difficulty getting hired.

Also, qualifications are a big part of the selection process, but not all. Sometimes there is just something about an applicant that makes them look like a better fit.

don't lose hope-you are the perfect fit somewhere-just need to find it!
