  1. I have been a Good ear to many people, a soggy shoulder too

Been a good Listener for a long time -- I occasionally give good advise too.    Which is probably how I do so well on Answers

  2. Of course.

Thats why I really regret shagging my best pals bird.

  3. I've been lucky.  I've had that for a long time.

My best friend was one of those people I could say anything to and she wouldn't judge.  She was an excellent sounding board and I did the same for her.  She was killed in a car accident and I lost that sounding board and many years of friendship...

But... I apparently have been watched over, because just before her death, I met a wonderful guy who has taken over her duties as well as being my husband.  It's a awesome feeling to know that I can tell my husband anything, and the most I'll ever get is a raised eyebrow.

I wish everyone could have someone like that.  I think the world would be a much better place for it.

  4. yeah that would be nice

  5. If you ever want to talk, you can email me.

  6. Oh, all the time.  People in my life just don't want to listen long enough, I suppose I must bore them.

  7. Oh yes... Every night before I go to sleep I sigh and think about how much I want a friend like that, because I can't get close enough to any of my friends(girls of course, I'm a girl) to talk about my innermost feelings and just let it out...

Edit: And when I do this every night, I feel terribly lonely. I've made imaginary friends, and it is so much fun, but then I think about how they're not real, they were never real, they were never there, and I was actually alone the whole time... I feel so depressed and sad
