yes i have tried to get some of my accounts back but i failed.

I tried to get a question back a while back and NEVER got a legitimate response from anyone telling me why it was in violation of TOS or CG's and basically it got to the point where I figured I was about to be blacklisted if I kept pushing for an explanation. After that I figured why the f bother? If they are judge, jury and executioner, what chance do I have?

i did and gotten an e mail saying i got mine back. after a few more minutes i looked in my email again and they told me that i lost it, again. so now i don't worry about it.

I got a question deleted for asking "Do African-Americans see Aunt Jemima as racist or simply part of the heritage of being black in America?" I asked it seriously and posted it in Cultures. I really wanted to know -as a marketer these things are interesting to me. All of the answers were serious and respectful. No one reported it. I got my account suspended. I appealed. I was told that the suspension was justified. That's it - nothing more.

Good luck trying, though. Just don't ask nicely - I think you need to threaten to douse the Yamster with gasoline and set him on fire.

Sweety have you forgotten that Kiss My started when Madam Naka ran around here saying Yahoo may KissMySouthernBelleAss? That was all about a suspension and appeal. I gave up appealing...it is more gratifying to multiply.
