  1. Not really because they actually have good food. I like seafood and I know alot of people who like seafood as well. Here in Chicago, alot of the Long John Silver's have teamed up with Popeyes to generate more business.

  2. Yes, I wonder about this everyday. Well, not everyday, but it has crossed my mind. The food is all frozen, you can get the same taste from a box of fish sticks. It is a place I've only been to once, and never plan on visiting again.

  3. Its funny that you ask, I wonder everyday about this particular issue.  I lose sleep over it, and I sometimes find myself driving off the highway because all I am doing is thinking about how long john silvers keeps selling their fish...Truth be told, they probably are doing much better than you think, you may just have a bad "franchise" where you are!

P.S. I have never even been to a long john silvers...so I couldn't really relate on any level of food quality

  4. YEAH! have you?

  5. That place appeals to the trailer park crowd

  6. I got a fish stick that looked like jesus...I couldn't eat it.

  7. LJS is good stuff.

  8. I wonder how all these national chains do. I went to Olive Garden once. The spaghetti seemed 20 years old and the chicken was no better than a Tyson's frozen rondelet with cheese that seemed like dried paint. At Applebees, I got a steak once that was like a hockey puck.

  9. long johns silver is gross
