Question:

Have you ever wondered why UFOs have lights on them?

If they didn't want to be seen...seems like they wouldn't have lights. They can't see the lights from inside...and I'm sure the lights don't help them see much outside...esp. since most of them are underneath the ship. They could just stay out of the way of airplanes and not be seen. So ..why would they have lights?

  1. i agree with your theory that they want to be seen. that makes sense. maybe they want to see if we will try to contact them

  2. i think the lights are for exploring planets. they know that most planets with life have a sun nearby so i guess there is a night time on that planet?

  3. I think they have lights so they can see where they are going, because no one can see without lights, and if they wanted us to see them they would be coming out in the day in there awesome formations over large cities. But until they do that I think they just use lights to see where they are going.

  4. i dont know how to answer this... but most likely if they dont want us to see them we wont. If we did I think they would brainwash us. Have you watch any ufo stories? There is one when they guys were on a boat or something and...i dont want to explain everything. But they believe they seen aliens and a UFO.

  5. No, I've never wondered this. If UFOs didn't have lights, they would never be seen in the first place (at least at night). And you're again making the logical mistake of presuming that UFOs are by default alien spaceships, making your question a non sequitur. In fact, we don't have a single confirmed example of any alien spaceship, let alone that it has lights on it or not.

EDIT: "Some day a skeptic MIGHT say something significant and I don't want to miss it! lol"   -- Just pointing out that you seem to be using coins with only 1 side to them. Believers don't have much room to complain about rudeness from skeptics when they are just as guilty. Also, my opinion only, much of the logic and reasoning posted by skeptics seems to go over your head based on your responses, and you have already missed much of significance. That's not the skeptics' fault.

  6. Do UFOs really exist? That should have been a good question to start with

  7. Are you having a skeptical thought Deenie?

Gosh, twin Deenies, does the other half of you post, do you have a Deenie2 account? You could argue with yourself. At least all your questions would get answered :-)

    Edit

So if the lights are to attract our attention where are the sirens?

And BTW I'm a Libra so my opinions must be perfectly balanced. Hehehe

  8. Actually, the best idea for this comes from Robert Lazar, who claims (quite unconvincingly, to me) to have been involved in reverse-engineering extraterrestrial technologies for the US Department of Naval Intelligence.

He says that the high-energy fields that the vehicles emit actually excite the atmosphere around them, and such high-energy EMF emissions might account for spontaneous photon emission (it makes the air itself light up by infusing it with electromagnetic energy). As the energy changes frequency and strength, so does the light around it.

  9. I don't think that a ufo is around, why not have lights?

Also, if theyar e indeed from outerspace. Then their laws of science are probably different than ours.

And if they need to see they obviously have lights.
