technically most of your body heat escapes through your head. so it would make sense to keep it covered in winter, etc.

usually i wear my hoodie up if i don't want people to look at me, or if my hair is very messy, or if i'm just in a BLAH mood. sometimes i just put it up cuz i feel like it. it could really be anything!
