I was working drive-thru at McDonalds as the cashier/order taker. It was a sunday morning, during "church rush", on a particularly dreary, blustery day. This big truck pulls up in line at the box and gives me a hard time ordering. It was a diesel truck and those are hard to hear over when they pull up to the box. He gets to my window and pays, being overly grumpy. I hand him his change and it is completely out of my hand, when a strong wind blows some change and a few dollars out of his hand. He looks at me shocked and I close the window, barely seeing the act, to get back to my customers. He bangs on the window and I open it up to see what he wants. He proceeds to tell me that I "threw" his change at him and made it fly away. I had to get my manager back to my window to open my drawer up and give him the money that he had lost. Then, I had to watch helplessly as my manager went outside to chase down the money so my drawer wouldn't come up short. To say the least, I let my co-workers know and he walked away with a less than desirable brunch. :)

Yes, for 3 days then I quit. It was at wendy's. And my sister did and said that she will not eat at fast foods they do nasty things to the food including droping it and placing it back to eat. My friend had worked at a Pizza place and they had peed in the pizza sauce to get back at some customers and a manager. Not to fond of fast food. :(

At a Dairy Queen.  I guess I was pretty lucky with the customers.  The worst thing was a bus load of kids came in and when they left we found the tops loose on all the salt shakers.  Not too horrible, considering.  Most of the people were pretty nice.

I had three or four guys who came in.  They never came up and got their food when we called it out.  Finally they asked for their food and we apologized and gave it to them.  I explained I had called out the order but no one was even in sight so I figured it had already been handed out and not served off.  One of them called me a ******g B**ch as they walked away.  Before they left they squirted Mayo and several kinds of Chicken Nugget sauce all over the table, seats and wall of the Booth they were sitting at.

That is my worst experience.

i worked at popeyes in new orleans and this old lady used to always order a chicken breast and a cole slaw so her food is always on time fresh and ready to eat so one day it wasnt she was totally peed off her order took sooooo long about 20 minutes we had to drop some chicken i told her that she didnt want to hear that so she said i'll get my own d**n food and so she did she came around the counter and reached and grabbed her a piece of chicken but she couldnt get the cole slaw they were int he refridgerator by me she wasnt coming that far...lololol best day of that job.....

I worked at wendy's and had a transient come in and walk around to all the tables and ask the families with children if they will trade their fries for his big knife. He pulled out his knife and was waving it around (He was drunk). I went to him and told him to stop scaring the kids and that I would give him something to eat so he followed me to the counter. I gave him food and HOT coffee. As I walked him out the door he turned and threw the hot coffee in my face. It burned soooo bad. I grabbed him and threw him outside and had a male worker hold him down while i called the cops.

Yes I have worked at taco bell and kfc. I have found that if you are pleasant to the customer they are pretty nice to you. But there are exceptions, I have had customers that have been a royal pain in the butt. Mostly at kfc the customer that want all breast with  their 16 pc. meal, and you say I can`t do that during dinner rush , for an order like that it would be best to call it in. They say this is kfc , you do sell chicken I don`t see what the problem is. What I wanted to say is the last time I checked a chicken only has 2 breast, it was like they thought there was some kind of magic fryer in the back and poof 16 breast would appear and there would be more breast for the line  out the door behind them. I guess you can tell I AM A BIT BITTER !!!!
