Went last year - It was alot of fun, lots of booths, lots of food vendors.

We go to Mayfest almost every year.  It is my favorite festival in the metroplex, and that's saying a lot because there are so many good ones.  It's right along the Trinity River in Trinity Park which is beautiful with huge trees!  It is very family-friendly, with a whole section devoted to kids.  The food is really good, they have all sorts of entertainment including a waterskiing squirrel!  You will want to come back every year once you go.

I used to go every year when I was a child. They always have great crafts for kids and wonderful food. The children's area grows every year and they always add more things for families to do together.
