Nope; blue sky and some high, wispy clouds which might be altostratus. I'm in the East of England.

Here in North Gloucestershire there is no rain falling but it is humid and the countryside around is shrouded in mist. Just a very light breeze and it doesn't auger too well for the rest of the day. At least with a storm it is something to watch and it soon goes away.

First clap of thunder happened as I was reading your question - spooky!!

I'm from Windsor, Berkshire.  All very dark and gloomy here.

I do enjoy a good thunderstorm though.

Yep in my part of London it's been raining for the last hour or so and we've had thunder and one streak of lightening !

Yep, crazy stuff and it was a really nice day yesterday, i was sitting in the park soaking up the sun, although i have to admit i do love proper thunderstorms with their roaring thunder, flashing lightning and down pour,  (although more when i'm safe inside my room) x

Why would anyone be on their computer in the middle of a thunderstorm?  Are people ignorant of the effects of a lightning strike within 100 metres of their homes?

Oh yes. And it was beautiful yesterday! I went to feed the geese and it looks as though i'd been tipped headfirst into a swimming pool. There's Britain for you!
