Have you got any tips on requesting for autographs through the post?

As in like size of envelopes photos and that kind of thing.

  1. Hockey players will usually sign through the mail either trading cards or 3" x5" index cards. It helps if you include a SASE and return postage.  You will have to send them to the player c/o the teams' address.  It could take 2 weeks to 3-4 months, so be patient. Sometimes, you will get a photo back, but it may contain a stamped autograph, not a genuine one. Good luck.


  2. I'm afraid the ONLY way to get a genuine autograph and the most rewarding, is to get it yourself from the person who's giving it.

    Most 'celebrities' employ forgers.
