Have you had Chameli Biryani?

Question

Has anyone eaten at Chameli in Richardson TX? Their biryani is to die for...There is a smell of some kind of spice on it..an overwhelming smell and I can't peg what it is.

biryani has a wonderful aroma, that's its big claim to fame!  could be that you're smelling the cardomom, or the saffron, or the cinnamon, or onions if it's been dressed with browned onion on top.  mmmm, biryani....

actually richardson is my home city :} so yeah i've actually eaten at chameli!

I once had it in a cultural potluck. OMG. it was spicy but it was talking to me .
