Have you had a date worst than mine.?

As i finally decide to start serious dating for a potential gf after a long divorce, i met this woman i thought was attractive and wanted to get to know. She decided to drive since she said she doesn't know me well and doesn't want anything bad to happen. i agree and let her drive. Well she got pulled over by police and they found out there was a warrant on her for unpaid ticket. So i had to watch them handcuff her and haul her to jail. I drove her car back to my apartment and called her mom about it. Since it's a holiday weekend, she won't get out till Tuesday. This happened yesterday. Do u have anything worse than mine? Also, since it was just a ticket, should i overlook it and still go out with her? I kinda understand because it has happened to me before (but not on a date), and that was one of the worst 8 hours of my life.

Do u mean HER worst 8 hours of her life litteraly, before thinking the embarasement u may recieved from being involved of any ugly situation perhpas u should contemplate closer from your Dates perspective. how would u feel if to be handcuff, if u find her captivating as a person certainly take opportunity to make better for her for the suffering and embarasement she ve endured. This will allows both of u understand each other more and increaded the intimacy level.

HUMMM I didn't know that they would put a warrant out on you for an unpaid ticket???????  You should have drove and I don't think I would date her again because she seems to be hiding something, who knows what else she is hiding and that is a lame excuse to drive your car too, that something bad will happen and she don't know you.  You are her date, if she thought there were going to be problems she shouldn't have agreed to meet you.  And yeah I have a worse date scenario than yours.

She thinks she's a safer driver than you, without really knowing that, to the extent that she doesn't trust you to drive, then when you're out and she's driving, she gets put in jail for a speeding ticket?

I'm not for all-out leaving the situation, but that could definitely be a good option.

She's obviously got a bit of a strange relationship with "reality".

I guess it depends if you want a relationship where you end up questioning everything she says and does.

Do I have a worse date than that?  Yeah, if you consider 5 years with my ex-wife a "date".  I actually went to h**l in that relationship.

yes...on Valentines day 2002 my date took me to see Lord of the Rings. B-O-R-I-N-G. He was a BIG GEEK. I get nauseated thinking about him.

As for your date...what are you whining about? I feel bad for her... I mean she went to jail for some dumb ticket while on a first date! Poor you....UMMMMM NO....POOR HER. WTF dude??? Never had my date arrested before but I did step out of one's care at the traffic lights after spending a few minutes with him he started to bore me, I walked backed home. If you like adventure and go for the second date then you should drive.

lol i think that was really funny but can you imagine how she must be feeling,it just a parking ticket lol over here you not go to jail for that,anyway i same as you and waited a long time after my divorce so i was a bit nervous so my friend sign me up to a dating thing on line the guy told me he was a big bart Simpson fan and also how bad his last gf parents were lol i agreed to go for a drink with him but only as a friend,to my amazement he looked a bit like bart,lol he had the funny shaped head i ever saw and for one hour he told me of his bad experience from his ex mother in law,i made a excuse and left

over here they would just force you to pay for the ticket. it's not her choice to be put in jail. ignore it. she sounds exciting.
