Yes when the volunteer manager takes your work for granted and treats you like c**p...

I used to work at a place that had volunteers, and we had to 'fire' a volunteer for being a jerk.

He was just such an obnoxious person that we couldn't deal with him coming in and being mean to the customers and the workers all the time, so he had to be let go of his unpaid work.

We didn't want that guy--not even if he was willing to work for free.
