  1. A couple years ago I was driving out in the country late at night, trying to clear my head and blaing the radio.  I was not in a wierd or spooky mood at all.  I looked over to the side of the road, and I saw this large garage with the door open.  I am sure something in there was watching me, though I didn't see anything.  Whatever it was was malevolent; it was never human.  I've never experienced a feeling like that before or since.  But I'm absolutely sure I wasn't imagining it.

My imagination does not run wild and I'm not easily scared; my job requires me to, in the middle of the night, be alone in large buildings and rooms in the dark, and I never get spooked.  I don't know what caused that experience, but I know it wasn't my imagination.

This probably wouldn't work in a film, though.  Maybe something to work from.  Good luck!

  2. I've got quite a few, you can contact me through 360 if you'd like to hear some...it would take WAY too much space to write them here. Best of luck with your film!

  3. This should help you more then the continuous argument rather the paranormal exist or not.

    Good luck with your film

  4. no but my older sis has he [the ghost] was her best buddy

  5. Yes, AND this IS a physical world so there is such a thing as energy and magnetism and other such things you can not see. The world is no longer FLAT.

  6. Yes, I have had many paranormal experiences, however, none of them were ghosts.  But, if you would like to read my stories via online, just click my link listed.

  7. yah! it wuz cool.

  8. Yes,  years ago I was alone at my parents house toward the ends of the school year.  I had music and a box fan on.  Then the power went out, and I woke up.  Around 2am.  Then I heard my parents yelling at me from downstairs.  After it was over, the power came back on.  My parents were gone for the night and it was just me and the cats.

  9. I tend to think that "real encounter with the paranormal" is a contradiction in terms. Good luck with the film, though. I like a good spooky movie despite my disbelief in ghosts and goblins. My cousin produces independent films and loves it.

  10. My first "ghost" experience was when my family stayed in this old house with half the buildings had burnt don. there was something definitly spooky about the front room even the rest of the house was really creapy and I have dreams to this day about how awful it was. When I was 19 I saw the ghost of a young man - he was waking me up and I thought I was dreaming and when I opened my eyes there was this young fellow of about 20 standing in a tux he looked as surprized as me to see me and he disappeared in the corner of my room.

Over the years I have had lots of odd experiences. I rented this 1 bedroom flat and use to see pac man flying things which I was told was orbs and this entity with a moon face that would live in the flat. I saw this entity quite a few times and my intutition tells me that the previous tenant had probably been tampering with the paranormal and conjured it up.

I was staying in a motel when I woke to the feeling I was pinned down and soemthing black and large was on top of me - I said the lords prayer and it disapeared - there have been other reported experiences of this mentioned on this forum. I owned a house where the deceased old lady owner would pop in now and again I saw her and so did my son. He referred to her as a grandma person in his room.

  11. There is a fine line between the physical and the spiritual world. I am often gifted with permissions- Like when I was driving my car an accident flashed through my mind. And two curves later there was a horrofic accident

  12. Yes me and my parent's have had a few

  13. Eskimo's live with it daily, my dream's of thousand's of future happening's are almost over except for one left, the destruction of San Franciso by terrible fire.  I dreamt of all the thin'g s that happened in the twentieth century-Jfk Rfk shooting's, riot's, tsunami's war's, spiritual world leader's, all happened like I was preview a year five or twenty year's of film to be show on those date's.  The most profound one of all was JFK twenty year's before he became president of USA was in many dream's, and the week he was shot, every night, includeing his assasisin Oswald, I wrote to congress, no luck.

  14. yes i have it was scary it was about a fish and a dog

  15. Nope.  Nobody has.  No such things as ghosts.  We have the physical world.  Nothing supernatural.  In that physical world is a remarkable, highly evolved, incredibly complex structure known as the human brain.  It is in general, smart enough to imagine all sorts of things, but too undisciplined in many cases to make the effort to assess the real probability of certain phenomena.  To do so requires a lot of study and willingness to abandon one's most precious beliefs when they are incompatible with known natural laws.

  16. I  used to be more of a skeptic, until one morning I woke up earlier than usual, thinking it was 7am. I looked around, wondering WHY I was awake, only to notice it was actually 5am in the morning. After a while, I noticed my bedroom was strangely cold and got up (without turning the lights on) to check on the heater, which I had turned on the night before going to sleep. It was oddly switched off, so I turned it back on and hopped back into bed. After a few minutes, I couldn't get to sleep because I felt like someone was in my bedroom. Assuming it was either one of my parents, I sat up in bed only to see a dark figure standing over the heater. The bottom half of its body didn't seem to exist - and immediately after noticing this, I panicked. I tried to force myself back to sleep, but was so scared I couldn't. Eventually, I convinced myself it was some sort of 'light trick' and got out from under the bed sheets to switch on my lamp. When I did, the figure was not there. I felt like an idiot, you know, foolish and all - so I turned the light out. Just then, I saw it come back - watch me for a couple of seconds and then disappear. Since then, I haven't been afraid of them and I do believe it them - but I don't think I want to experience that sort of thing again. I almost had a heartattack!

Then again, to really believe in a ghost, you need to experience something unexplainable to yourself. And even then, the only one who will really believe you - is yourself.

  17. wouldn't go see my fathers grave for years,

finally after 15 years, I decided to drive and see his grave

during the car ride there, it was a beautiful sunny day; on the way there, it got cloudy and stormy and my car was struck by lightening; i was okay...

and have never not gone every year since..

  18. yes I have had a real encounter with the paranormal.  It was when I was 12 years old.  I had a friend that witnessed it with me.  We were playing a game of boggle on my bed one evening and having a few laughs when all of a sudden I looked up and saw my deceased brother standing out in the hallway about 9 feet away from me waving and smiling.  My face went white in horror and I froze.  Tears streamed down my face, my friend looked at me asking what was wrong but I could not speak.  She looked and saw what I saw briefly.  I clinched on to her and cried more. It was a crazy night.  "The ghost "My deceased brother  when he was in the hallway after waving he drifted into my parents room.  My friend ran out into the hall, and saw nothing . Later my mother discovered this weird bracelet, but long enough to wear as a choker in her jewelry box.  My mother originally had two bracelets, but it looks like they were Sodored together.  The weird part is one bracelet was a flat chain and the other bracelet was a twisted box chain.    I was in disbelief my self, I told myself that it might have been my brother's spirit that did it cause i couldn't have done it.  I asked my mother after that incident that one day if she dies could she do that with my two bracelets (only mine were silver) for a sigh that there is a god and everyone happy.  Well she discovered she had cancer when I was 23 and had 3 years battling it.  I talked to her and asked for a sign.  "mom do what Chris did to these two bracelets"  My mom replied " I'll do my best dear".  It was weird talking to my mom like that but I only want the truth.  I'm tired of all the fake stories, and people lying.  I have pure evidence that this is true .  I can explain in more detail of what  was around my brother when he was waving if anyone is interested.

  20. I lived in Arizona for a while... The house I stayed at was supposedly very old, but no one new exactly how old.  I do believe in ghosts.. I have had several experiences in the house I now live at.  But what happened in AZ was the most interesting.

When I would sit in the living room watching TV or reading, I would get the feeling I was being watched.  I would look up into the doorway and see what looked like a child pull back around the corner really fast... Like they were trying to play "peek-a-boo" or something.  Every time i would look up I would see the same thing.  I just assumed it was one of the neices or nephews of the person whose house it was. Ghosts were the last thing on my mind. It never occured to me,though, that every child in the area was at school so it couldn't have been one of them.

Well the one day, i was getting pretty annoyed with the peek-a-boo games.  I was sitting in a chair that allowed me to look through every doorway of the house (ranch-style house) and also would be able to see if anyone came or entered the house. After about the 5th time I got up to see who it was, and no one was in the next room  No one ran to any of the doorways.  I would have seen them.  They didn't go through the window because there was a wardrobe in front of it.  I thought it was pretty weird and thought I just must have imagined it.

A few nights later, the power went out. Me and a few other people were sitting around talking about spooky stuff, since it was pitch black.  Someone said something like "I hope the little girl doesn't show up."  I asked what girl they were talking about.  He said, "It's nothing to worry about, but sometimes we see a little girl ghost around the house."  He went on to tell me that they hadn't seen her for a few years, but that her favorite thing to do was to play "peek-a-boo" in the doorways.

  21. i was at our beach place; we were spending the night. i got up in the middle of the night and had to pee, so i opened up my bedroom door out into the living room, and stopped dead in my tracks. i gasped and got this cold rush like i'd never felt before. i could feel that there were three other sets of eyes on me as i walked in and quickly made my way to the bathroom. i was breathing really heavily, and i didn't want to go back in, but i had to or end up sleeping on the toilet. i've never been so sure of a feeling of someone watching me that at that moment.

  22. I think the worst ghost movies are the ones that pretend to be true.I bet you could make up a better one all by yourself.

  23. I had 2 encounters with the same ghost at my old apartment. Both times were about 3am, the first time he was in the kitchen the second time in the main room (I lived in an efficiency). While the building is probably close to a century old, his clothing was relatively recent, say within the last 30 years or so. If you want details, email me at spyderblade@yahoo.com .

  24. ok i was in canada. i was drinking just a little bit, but i stopped short of a beer because i wasnt feeling good. i was sleeping with my girlfriend while my friends were at the girly bar. My friends were on the way back and were actually in the hotel coming to the room when i woke up for some reason. As i got up i just see these two "spirits" one looked like the scarcrow from the batman begins movie and the other looked like a witch or something. but they were holding knives and just stared at me. I seriously feared for my life and started screaming. as i started screaming (this part i dont remember) my friends ran into the room and started yelling at me to stop while my girlfriend grabbed me (waking me or something) the next thing i remember i was screaming so loud and my friend thru water at me and held me down with my girlfriend. i was swinging like a madman because like i said i feared for my life. the rest of the night was fine and nothing happened except everyone in the room felt like we were being watched?

oh good luck with your movie dude(tte)

  25. no but i live by a haunted mansion....my trick to avoiding ghosts is eating a lot of mangos!
