I have, I worked there, they refused to change my hours (they ranged from 8am-9pm) I asked them to make my hours range from 8am-7pm. Reason being was so I could care for my disabled husband,

I dont know if I can take them to court for constructive dismissal because I know there was a case where a woman had to leave her job because the employer would not her care for her son.

I left them on 30th June, however, I still have not had my P45!

I had to have a bank account with RBS as well, I went £1.86 overdrawn and they refused to waiver the charge of £28 for next month, so I refunded other people's charges to avenge that!

I have read in the news today thay the bank have lost £691 million.

  1. take them to an employment tribunal the nos is in the phone book ,if your out of work its free ,do it soon they will love the publicity. even if you loss    you will tie them up for ages.there counter service is pants ,there more interested in selling me products i don't want ,than performing a simple service they charge me for .,,.

  2. I hate this bank, they are practically thieves. I went 13 pence over drawn, and then in another transaction a further 1 pound 50 and they refused to wave the two charges adding to nearly £60! This i feel is ridiculous for me going less than 2 pounds overdrawn!

  3. you've contributed to the hugh loss they have had, well done. I had problems getting something from them, can't remember whether it was a bank account or a loan but in the end i just told them to forget it.

As for the overdraft charge my bank charges £35 if I overdraw, they did refund me once because they shouldn't off allowed the money to be taken out in the first place since i had cancelled the standing payment.

And you could try taking them to court, although I would of thought it would cost you alot of money and when you do get the money you might not see all the money as it will pay off the legal fees.
