Have you had any "ghostly encounters" lately?

I had something that creeped me out last week. I was in bed with my boyfriend, and all of the sudden, it sounded like the TV in the next room was on. It sounded like there were people on the TV talking back and forth. The TV wasn't on, though. I told my boyfriend, and he said he heard the same thing a couple of times in the middle of the night. What about you? Has anything like that happened to you lately?

It would be mysterious if you lived out in the middle of no-mans land.

But if you live in an apartment building, or in a neighborhood, I would say that maybe you were hearing a conversation outside from under your windows.

i have never had any encounters unfortunately. i am a believer in ghosts, but also a believer everything has a logical explanation as well. my guess is something weird is going on, but no ghosts

Yes,

In my old house, its just happened for 3 nights only because i was never awake at 1:45 to 2 AM in that house before.

At that time my parents were off to DELHI. I was watching TV & was properly awake. It was about 1:45 to 2 AM Suddenly I heard a sound of forced breathe out right behind my ears, & there was a simultaneous lightly shaking of ground  & it continued for around 5 minutes.

Then i decided "I won't be only one to hear that weired sound"

So next day i called my friend to stay over & he also heard that sound at the same time.

I don't know how did i know that the same sound will be there next day too.

& then again next day i called two of my cousins to stay with me all night and they also heard the same sound. All of those i mean my friend and my cousins were also horrified to hear that terrible sound. After 1 year i left that house n never came to know what was that or who was that.

i put a plastic plate down on my gas stove when i was doing dishes, thinking "wouldn't it be creepy if the stove just came on and started melting it", so i got back over to the sink and then hear all these clicking noises(my stove does that when it tries to ignite) and it turns on!  the scary thing was when i checked the dial, it was on "off"

Yea...I was sleeping and woke up to some ghost like figure staring at my sack...so I closed my eyes and had a nice dream...but honestly my friends house is haunted...door opened and slammed a s load of times

i  hear  sounds  at  night  but  am  not  quite  sure  as  to  what  causes  them

Haha, just kidding.  People are more likely to hear things while in bed with the lights off because with nothing to look at our attention is turned to what we hear.  The ears are not very reliable in the situation you describe.
