I sure have? I have spend hours and hours on their tech support and it has been horrible. It is somewhere overseas, they won't tell you anything about how to contact the company itself, like it is a big secret or something. They do not solve my problem which is a lost phone book with all my names in it and they offer me no solution. They ask me the same question over and over, Did I format the MagicJack and I keep telling them No. Then they ask me some more.
Please don't respond by telling me how wonderful MagicJack has been for you. I don't care. I am looking for an answer to solving my problem. How do I get my problem fixed? Have you ever dealt with their terrible tech support and how did you get real answers from them? Who have you filed complaints with? And do you know of any forums or complaint sites that are setup just for unhappy MagicJack customers?
