Have you ever had this happen when you wake up you cant move your body. its like your stuck for a min. i took a nap woke up and could not move i didnt think to yell....i was so scared what is this...

I've had that happen when I'm half asleep and awake... It can happen when you're not quite awake.  

Since you are pregnant though I would call the OBGYN advise and just let them know.  The baby used to lay on a nerve when I was pregnant and could make parts fall asleep and not be able to move.
