Have you heard about the Cappagh curse?

Its fairly well known in Ireland now (check it on google) that a Finglas gang has apparently had a curse placed on them. A family member of one of the gangs victims asked a traveler to put a curse on the gang, since then 12 of the gangs members have been killed. One died only last week. Is this not a little bit freaky? I know they're gangsters but this many dead in a country like Ireland? Has anyone else ever heard of a curse like this?

The article I read said that someone claimed to have put a hex on the gang, a hex that 12 of the members would die within 3 years.  So far 10 have died.  I haven't seen anything that tells when the gang was hexed.  It will be interesting to see if ONLY 12 members die by the 3-year time limit.  

Frankly, I suspect that far more than 12 will die, meaning that their deaths weren't caused by a hex or a curse.  These guys are in a criminal gang.  They're not nice people.  People die because of the things this gang does.  So it's only to be expected that the gang members could die while going about their "activities."  

If there had never been any publicity about a curse, no one would think twice that members of one gang were dying.
