I only read the free HK (Hong Kong) magazine. The recent issue of May 16, 2008 has provided the correct and true information to tell me Hong Kong is the most polluted city in this world. The outstanding piece is written by John Robertson with heading of: Green dream. And Why they won't come true. It has provided a clear indication of Hong Kong's pollution, 53% is caused by the local two coal fired power generting (actually is three) stations owned by CLP and Hong kong Electric. The car flow capacity is more than 400 per km.,add up with the bunker fuel used by the ferry and see going vehicles making 50% of Hong kong's year round dark cloudy sky. The API (Air Pollution Index) is average 80 to 100 in most of the days year round. The WHO's recommendation is 30. That's why the great Tim Flannary and Christine Loh's website shows Hong Kong is the most polluted city in this world. I read other answerers say Oink is sort of indecent publication, I think that I will never read it.
