Have you heard of Ronald Weinland, who claims to be an end time prophet?

Question

This guy has predicted that the beginning of the end is in 2008. He's written books that spell it all out and say how the world will end and man's "self rule on Earth" will end.

Problem is, things are not happening the way he said they would. So a lot better happen in the next few months if he is to be right. I think he said that by the end of the year (2008) the USA wouldn't really be a nation any more.

When are these people going to realize that if you want to be taken seriously as a prophet, you can't put timelines on anything.   That way it is all speculation left up to the followers and you can never be proven wrong.

Examples:  Nostradamus, the Bible, etc.
