Have you heard of this superstition before?

Question

If somebody talks about you, your ears will turn red and feel burning. If you bite your pinkie, then the person who is talking about you will bite their tongue when talking.

Have you heard of this before?

I heard the first part and that's a really good idea. Next time my ears start to burn I'll take a chump off my pinkie...! '

The ears burning, yes my mom says it all the time.

As for the pinky..I'm not sure.

The ears burning part or ears ringing when someone talks about you I have heard of but the rest I haven't.  Would be cool if it was real. :P

I've heard that if your ears are RINGING, then someone is talking about you.  As for the pinky, nope never heard of it.

I never head the second part but what I have heard is this.  If your ears are ringing and you say "if it's bad may you bite your tongue" if the ringing stops it's supposed to mean that someone was talking about you.
