Have you heard that certain personality types become addicted to the internet?

What type of personality is that and what behavior would classify it as addiction?

i don't know, but I'm not one I'm addicted to something else that is affecting my appearance so bad i just cannot stop. i hate myself for it.

No, I have never heard that.

But then, I so rarely think of "personality types" (I find them to be pigeon-holing of individuals, limiting and usually erroneous).

i would guess it's the introverted type who either don't like to be around other people OR aren't able to be social in public but desperately desire contact with people. but thats just me guess'n.

no but i think that lonely persons do
