I KNOW!! I just found out 10 minutes ago! I'm completely shocked. How random was that! I'm so sad cuz he was always so awesome, i loved the dude! :'(

Yes I heard and I am truly sad about what happened. I give my condolences to his friends and family. The scary part is about those text messages that were floating around like last week saying he died from pneumonia.

I have been out all day and didn't see the news until a few minutes ago......I can't hardly believe it..I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Mac ,it was right before his movie Mr.3000 came out....he was a wonderful man and totally hilarious... the world just became a little less well off and sadder today with his passing...

I was really shocked. I did not even know he was sick and had just watched his show the night before the Bernie Mac Show on the CW.

It is a rumor that came true.  Initially text messages and phones on August 4, 2008 received unverified but convincing information about his death.  

These rumors were dispelled but several days later on August 9 the text messages started appearing again and this time they were verified by local and national news sources.  

There are several strange circumstances surrounding the different reports of the death of Bernie Mac..

When I had first heard the news over a loval radio station, I checked a CNN websit eon my cell to see if Bernie Mac's death was actually true since there had been a lot of rumors about his death. I first thought this was another rumor when CNN hadn't posted anything about him being dead but finally they did. That just shows how concerend I was about Bernie Mac. He was a very funny comedian.

My favorite actor, comedian too.  It was about 11am when I turned on the computer, My jaw dropped, I screamed Barnie mac died?! I Can't explain the sadness I felt. I was his biggest fan.This man was too funny,we love him.He will forever be in our hearts.
