children need to know that they are loved, not by material things but by spending time with them and telling them that you love them and listing to what they have to say. Growing up it not alway easy, they need to know that they can always talk to you about anything. If you dont bond with your children some one else will and that is not always good. Parent we must play the most important part in our childrens lives. GOD BLESS I hope I have helped someone today.

  5. My children are all grown ages 35,31,28 and 19 I tell each and everyone of them that I love them everyday. Now I am raising a three year old grandson and tell him every day as well. Thank you, maybe some folks will give a little thought to this and reach out to a child.

  6. my parents never hug me or tell me that they love me. i wish they would

  7. Excellent advice. Not everyone thinks like that.

I've made it a consistant habit of telling my children that I love them and spending that quality time with them. We don't necessarily have to be doing anything, but just to have their company and to let them know that everything's going to be okay because tomorrow's not promised. And not only by having this relationship with them while they're young, but as they get older as well because then they'll beable to come and talk to me pretty much about anything, at least that's the type of relationship me and my mom had. I didn't have to feel like my opinions didn't matter because she listened to them w/o interruptions. And that's the same way I am with my girls. After all, sometimes, we as adults fail to realize that eventhough they may be smaller in statue, the're still human and they have feelings just as much as we do.

However, right now I'm a little saddened because my girls are away for a month in florida, but they still know that everyday, their mommy loves them.

Thanks for the comment, parents need to hear that.
