Have you liked the same guy/girl as one of your friends?

I like the same guy as one of my best friends, and she knows. whenever she talks about how him and her went shopping or to the movies or whatever, she always apologizes to me. that kind of makes me mad, cause ill get over it quicker if she just forgets about it and stops bringing it up.

what do you do if you like the same person as you friend? what if you friend has a better chance with this person than you do?
