  2. Back in late 2005/early 2006, I weighed 220 pounds. Now, I weigh 140. I motivated myself and I don't even eat the foods I did back in 2005 (ewwww, potato chips and soda). I'm a total health nut and preach health so much, I believe I annoy my friends.

    I stayed on track to impress a girl for the first four months, then I later just did it for myself and it was well worth it. Just keep in mind you get one life to live, so why live it obese and miserable?

    Yes, I did keep it off. How? Exercise and eating the right healthy food and spending hours reading health articles.

  3. Alot and alot of hard work and disciplin. I pretty much was very strict with my diet and ate alot of salads, ate breakfast every morning, no late night snacks and I only drank water and still to this day I do all that still because I did it for so long (roughly 2 years) I got into a habit so now I can't even really treat myself which is bad in a way.

    I also ran every night and I now go to the gym most days.

    And yes I did/do have excess skin but am hopefully get a tummy tuck soon.

  4. Im 28 & i lost almost 40 kgs about 2 years ago, im now 70kgs. I lost it over a period of about 12 months and i had tried alot of different things & spent alot of money. I hate 2 say it but diet & excersise! Start out walking and cutting sugar & work up from there. (i started going 2 the gym after i lost about my 1st 10kg cause i was embarassed) Now my whole life has changed. I still eat pretty much what i want but i work it off. Good luck!
