  1. That is a really dumb thing to do.  You'll lose weight but a lot of it will be muscle and your body will still hold onto fat if your eating that way.  

    Learn to eat healthy, its a very easy thing to do.

Yes.  That's exactly what I did a long time ago.  I had quit smoking and gained weight.  I wanted to gain the weight but I gained too much.  I put myself on a 1200 calorie a day diet and I kept eating what I normally ate.  I just cut way down on the portion size.  This was before internet so I had to rely on a calorie count book to find out how many calories some foods had.  That's all I did and I lost every bit of the weight.

  4. No actually I lost weight by keeping a perfect balance between food and exercise. I lost weight around 2 yrs ago.

You dont have to count cal every day do it one or two days then continu to eat that amount of food  and every now and then check your self.  to lose weight you must burn more cal that you take in.  but if you diet is high in protein( chicken, turkey, lean ground beef,  protein shake, top sirloin stake, salmon, caned tuna. etc) an low in fat and sugar then that will be even better because it is harder if the body to break down protein there for when you eat protein you body will work harder.  Fat and sugar will be easier to break down and store as fat.  Stay away from simple carbs, stick with whole carbs and no carbs after 2 o'clock.  eat every 2 or 3 hr to keep up or metabolism

    Weight loss starts in your mind by building up determination to get fit.

    Do not concentrate on weight loss concentrate more on fitness. No weight loss program is effective without regular exercise plan.

    Your weight depends on food you eat and exercise you do.

  7. then why count calories?Yes you can lose fat eating whatever you want,BUT eat and exercise often in moderation. Its a way of life,not some sort of a weight loss gimmick!its better you train yourself NOT to gain weight as long as you exist rather than just worrying and toiling to just lose your excess weight. Like I said,if everyone eats and exercises in moderation,no one will have weight problems.
