I wanted to make brownies tonight, but we have no eggs. So, I heard you could use applesauce instead. I just put them in the oven, using applesauce. So, while they are baking I thought I would ask a question. ha.
Have you made brownies using applesauce instead of eggs?
Are the brownies better with applesauce, or with eggs?
And, just to ask: Are you supposed to use the unsweetened applesauce, or does it not matter what kind you use? I used the unsweetened.
