Have you noticed everything now is directly towards teens ?

I know i'm only 14. Therefor I probably shouldn't be talking. But sometimes I feel like I'm 20. I miss how things use to be. When things didn't involve teens. Now music is only stuff teens mostly like. Like the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Fall out Boy and ect.

I miss it when it was Aaliyah, DMX, Nas, Deftones, Tupac and ect. Why can't stuff be more like that now a days ? I know Aaliyah and Tupac are gone now. But that doesn't mean music has to suck.

I don't know if I'm even going to watch the VMA's this year. I didn't really like it last year or the year before that or the year before that or the year before that. But I continue to still watch it.

Man. Mtv was freakin' awsome back in the 90's and early 200's. When TRL was still good. And before they started all these teen reality shows. I think they should only show The Real World and True Life on Mtv if they are going to show reality shows.

I'm I the only one ?

well it sounds like u like rap and stuff cus tu pac is rap and miley cyrus is like pop music and jonas brothers are like a soft rock and fall out boy is rock to maybe u should be watching bet or something

I've been noticing that for a while now......well about 30 years anyway.......There is very little on t.v. that is really interesting to adults and if it's gotten so bad a 14 year old notices.......well, I feel like I'm throwing my money away subscribing to dish network.......

nopee. you are NOT alone there. i agree with you.

although these teen bands suck and everything, everyone seems to like them.

these people are younger kids and teens.

the record companies and tv and everything

targets the teens because they are usually the ones listening to everything and

watching tv so they brainwash them with bubblegum pop c**p

so that they get more money.

and its not even mtv anymore with stupid preppy shows like laguna beach and the real world and everything.

its called MUSIC TELEVISION for a reason. its suposed to be music and music videos and all things music and stuff. NOT fricken runs house and rob and big!!

i like rob and big but make another channel dedicated to reality c**p and show it on there.

and use mtv for MUSIC....GOOD MUSIC.

haha sorry. i get kind of worked up about topics like that.

i can be very opinionated sometimes. lol

I'm 28 and I'm sick of everything about teens: movies, music, games.

Teens are so annoying an immature these days.

I wasn't like them back in the 90's when there where good music bands, better movies, better games.

I'm sick of regeaton, under age girls appearing without clothes, violent movies and bad remakes, bad music such as shakira, metallica, cyrus, high school musical, songs with nasty and rude messages, violent videogames.

And not from the usa and I'm sick of hearing about britney spears.

I'm annoyed of her.

Sometimes I ask myself: "are we going to hear about britney spears until she's 50 or even 60?".

I hadn't noticed.  I honestly thought that everything was directed at Barak Obama.  Every time I change pages in Yahoo there is another  photo of the man.  I'm sick of it.

Good luck on getting things back to how they used to be.  While you're at it, could you have them play a bit more of the "Oldies but Goodies?"
