Question:

Have you noticed that GOP people are already running Palin against Obama?

So many questions compare these two, and leave McCain out of the picture.

Kind of funny. I wonder how McCain feels being upstaged this way?

  1. Because comparing McCain to Obama is not fair to Obama.

    Vote McCain/Palin 2008

  2. That is hilarious.

    McCain has become a non-issue.

And I find it even funnier when they say Palin has "executive experience."

Well, base on that premise, that means McCain is unqualified to run too.

And let us all not forget.  Bush had 8 years of executive experience.  And we all know how that turned out.

  3. Actually, it was the Obama campaign that was first to throw the first bomb at Governor Palin. Odd that he would bypass his candidate peer and go after the VP candidate....don't you think?

  4. Who is going to win?  Snoopy/Linus or Bugs/Daffy?  Who?  Who?  Who?

  5. Poor guy should feel upstaged all the time.

He always looks like he doesn't know what is going on.

  6. that's just what they want.  soccer mom vs the exotic guy..  hmmm...

leaving mccain to just cruise into nov, as he's cruised through the summer with out any real coverage... he's getting in under the radar.

it is mccain vs obama.  lets not forget that.

    and biden vs palin...

dems should have this on both counts.

between mccain and obama, who's got the temperment & judgement to do the job?

  7. No, but I sure notice the left talking about her experience and forgetting she is in the VP slot not the Presidential spot like their candidate.

  8. i'm sure he's not stressed, gives him more nap time, while the little lady tries to figure out how she is going to get them pesky polar bears off the endangered species list, or what place in the US she isn't going to drill for oil to help make all her friends a little bit richer, or maybe how big the next moose she'll bag will be?  who knows?

  9. they shouldn't, they will lose

  10. No. It's not the GOP, it's our left wing liberal bias media that is running Palin against Obama. McCain is fine. He's getting ready to move to the White House.

  11. Yes, I did. He probably planned it that way so that people quit talking about his bad temper, signs of dementia and other weak points. People judge a presidential candidate his first important decision---which VP pick is---and McCain showed that he is careless with our nation's security.

  12. Well, people are arguing about their experience and Palin wins every time hands down.

  13. wrong.  "GOP people" aren't.  The libs are the jokers that said "she has less experience than Obama."  I think you just realized that she is the future V.P. not president....took long enough.

  14. I've seen bunches of questions along those lines, but they have all come from Dems trying to take OBAMA'S lack of experience off the table by comparing him to Palin. So, I'd say it was more desperate than funny.

  15. there is no contest between Obama and this mayor from alaska that just laughable .

  16. Yes, Absolutely

  17. It is an act of desperation by the republicans, McCain could not beat Obama, so they are giving Palin a try. I guess they again underestimate the intelligence of the American people.

  18. Lets hope they keep it up too.

    * She was elected Alaska 's governor a little over a year and a half ago. Her previous office was mayor of Wasilla, a small town outside Anchorage. She has no foreign policy experience.

        * Palin is strongly anti-choice, opposing abortion even in the case of rape or incest.

        * She supported right-wing extremist Pat Buchanan for president in 2000.

        * Palin thinks creationism should be taught in public schools.

        * She's doesn't think humans are the cause of climate change.

        * She's solidly in line with John McCain's "Big Oil first" energy policy. She's pushed hard for more oil drilling and says renewables won't be ready for years. She also sued the Bush administration for listing polar bears as an endangered species—she was worried it would interfere with more oil drilling in Alaska.

        * How closely did John McCain vet this choice? He met Sarah Palin once at a meeting. They spoke a second time, last Sunday, when he called her about being vice-president. Then he offered her the position.

What in the h**l is McCain thinking?  I didn't like him before, I certainly don't like him now, nor do I trust his wisdom or leadership ability.

    As far as Palin:

I know some of you think she is the second coming (for McCain and the GOP) but personally, her positions make me vomit.

  19. It's just proof he made an exceptional, dynamic choice that has the

    extreme left totally verklempt!

  20. That may be the plan, but this is a presidential race not a VP race. Ultimately it will have virtually no effect, unless American voters are stupid. You can't run a VP against a presidential candidate and expect to get any traction.

  21. yes we on the GOP side are having fun comparing the two, and showing that Palin has accomplished more in two years as Governor than Obama has in 3 years in the Senate.

  22. Yes, that's because most Conservatives did not want McCain they are only voting for him now because he is the lesser of the two evils.

  23. Well I heard that Palin was an undercover agent. Something like that. Weird huh? I'm just waiting to see what happens. But I think that she is going to another Hilary. I have nothing against Hilary at all. I love that lady she is really cool.

  24. It's because nobody likes McCain. And there are a few people out there who like Palin. Allegedly because she's "hot" and she believes in forced reproduction for rape victims.

    OBAMA/BIDEN '08!
