Question:

Have you noticed that if you pour pepsi into a glass , it remains fizzy. But if a plastic cup, it goes flat?

And if you pour pepsi into those cheap plastic "SOLO" cups, forget about it... it goes TOTALLY flat INSTANTLY.

WHY DOES IT DO THIS? Does plastic eat the carbon bubbles somehow?

Maybe this can be used to solve global warming !!!

  6. I hate Pepsi, I think it goes flat as soon as you open the can or bottle,

  7. i hate pepsi - any glass makes it flat instantly

  8. Its called nucleation, cheep cups have non-smooth sides, so more nucleation sites for carbon bubbles to form.  glass is generally very smooth, less nucleation sites, less release.
