other businesses and the tax payers by hiring people under the table saving both on SSI and workers comp and wages? I ran a business for over 20 years and never would consider doing what these scum do. Off to jail and huge fines would correct this problem. A McDonalds in Vegas was just fined a million bucks for their atrocities. What do you think?

Only illegal aliens and their apologists (those making money off of them such as their lobbying groups and attorneys) are in favor of illegal immigration, and promote myths such "hard working" illegals (they are not), "doing jobs Americans won't do" (false), etc.

But punishing employers, while necessary, is not sufficient!  Punish illegal aliens who deceive employers with false or stolen IDs and SSNs (a stolen SSN verifies as a legal SSN, so the employer will not know this is an illegal alien!).  Impose fines on the employee who uses fake/stolen ID to obtain a job as well as prosecuting them for ID theft.

Remember less than half of the illegal aliens in the US are working.  So even employer sanctions will not root out over half of the illegals because they do not work.  Yes, more than half of the illegals do not work -- they are dependents of other illegal aliens, children who put mama on the welfare train, etc.

Support strict immigration law enforcement -- zero tolerance for immigration-law violators.  Depart or be deported.

When they hire illegals they can also under cut the price of the job. This takes money out of peoples pockets.

As you said they do not pay taxes, we in turn educate their kids free medical and welfare when they do not work.

They should be rounded up and sent home.

We have laws on the Books that our Politicans don't want to enforce. the illegals are criminals for sneaking in to our country and milking the system. They need to be rounded up and deported and who ever hires them need to loose their business.

Although i dont entirely disagree, I had a discusion with some of my friends (we are all economists) and we figure out that business owners are in fact NOT pro legalizing this people, in fact they have a higher incentive to oppose to any future legizlation that will give them more benefits and its exactly for the same reasons you are mentioning, they are making millions of dollars at the expense of someone else; if im a business owner that hires illegals, why would i want to legalize them?!?!

What I do want is labor at is cheapest and what easier way than to do this illegaly, thus business do not want any amnesty bills in congress, but hey correct me if you belive im wrong

I simply like fining the people and businesses that are guilty of this.  Fining McDonald's only a million is chump change unless they increase the penalty substantially every time this is done.  McDonald's is obviously an easy target.  But what about the construction industry who hire illegals everyday for cheap labor?  They need to have some more people that watch these "pick-up" areas to follow them to the construction sites to fine them.  I am not sure we have the resources in this country, though, to be more effective in busting these places.  We need to free up resources, say end the war in Iraq, and put more of budget to fixing this problem.

Yes.  And along with that I also worry about the judges who allow paedophiles to go free.  Makes me wonder what they themselves do.  I agree with you.  Obama calls babies punishments, loves islam , wants us to pay huge taxes to the UN which hates our guts so they can give it to Africaa which is falling on its knees before the violence of islam now, he does not want us to drill our own oil and get free of the Saudis ownership of American banks and businesses,  and people actually want to vote for him just like they vote for bad judges, and get convinced somehow that they are bad people if they don't like it when illegal immigrants break our laws.

Yes, its clear the pro-illegals are the ones spouting off about "work Americans won't do", and it is true in their case.  They want the illegals here so they can just get richer and fatter off of them.  The anti's have no problem doing work that they've been doing in this country since day 1.

I run full background checks through a third party.

Plus I have my payroll service check SS#s on their own.

I pay my taxes also.
