Have you or anyone you know worked for AFLAC?

And if so, how is it? My husband is getting his Insurance License, and has already been hired through Aflac to sell Life and Health Insurace....so any resposes would be helpful! Thanks!

  1. I sell Aflac type products for Allstate Workplace. A lot of agents think Aflac type products are junk and not needed. Well the fact is people that think that don't understand the product or the market it serves. Aflac is not for white collar employees. It is a better fit for low to middle incomes blue collar employees who often live paycheck to paycheck. If he prospects the right market he will be helping out many people who will be glad to see him.

    I can tell you the key to success is prospecting. Aflac and any other insurance company will make the new hire feel like they are the best person they have hired in years. The truth is 90% of all new agents fail within the first year. This is a tough but rewarding business. I urge your husband to learn how to prospect and how to sell. When I first started I found these very helpful and still review them from time to time.
