they are fine.  i know a few that have ordered from them with good results.  i ordered a bianchi from jensen and it went on back order and i am still waiting for it.  a bit dissapointed with that whole thing at the moment.

They deliver what they promise.  Shipping and tracking were right on in my experience with them.  Price for the bike and group set I purchased was lower than anyone else; however, don't get too hung up on their suggested retail savings.  It's inflated by a bunch.  Still, a good deal at a reasonable price.   You will probably save money even if you take it to a local bike shop for assembly.

One caution:  Look over the geometry of the size you are purchasing and make doubly sure you will get a good fit.  Check out this article for an introduction to the issue.

They are reputable, but cambria bike, jenson usa, and, greenfish sports, are better sites
