if there is a party at someone's house...don't be the first to leave...but don't be the last either ;)

If your guest(s) knew what kind of  hostess you truly are they probably wouldn't want to stay either.

Why don't you grow a spine and learn to set limits before they come to visit?  And if they are there now you can let them know that the visit is at an end without ruffling feathers.  

Plan it better in the future.

"We will be happy to have you visit on Friday and Saturday."

"A three day weekend would be nice."

"A two day visit would work fine for us."

Do you enjoy and invite guests or do you have relatives that drop in town and use you as a free hotel?  Its all about what kind of hostess you really are, welcoming or taken advantage of.
