    and when I first got my comp I had all these random pics of some family... i was really creeeped out

  6. Of course not.  Being sent one doesn't put it on your computer, unless you downloaded it and saved it to your computer. That wouldn't make any sense.  You apparently opened an attachment when you didn't know what it was.  That's the kind of thing that causes people to get viruses.  Don't ever open attachment unless you're expecting it.  Even when you are, you still need to be sure it's safe.
