I tried it before. It made me very sleepy (one of the side effects). It did take away the enjoyment of a cigarette within the first few days. Although it didn't work for me (sleepiness), I hear it works amazingly well for others.

Any option that you believe in will work! There are many options out there and deication to yourself is the number one thing to keep in mind. I was told a handful of times that people quit when they are ready to quit. I quit because I was finally ready.

I quit cold turkey. Smoked for 3 years, so I don't feel as if I was truly addicted.
