Have you read a romance about a girl who ran away from an orphanage/sweat shop and ended up married and preg?

I read this book years ago and can't remember the title or author. I do remember that the girl looked younger than she was. She became pregnant and ended up married to the man who saved her after she escaped. I think the title was very much a cliche romance title something to do with 'Hearts' and 'Flames' or 'Fire'.

I also remember some kind of a mystery in the novel. Maybe a chase scene at the end involving a business associate of the husband and the pregnant girl.

I know this isn't that much information, but I'd appreciate anything you can give me. Thanks!
