My Mom has metastatic breast cancer. She is undergoing chemo and sometimes gets a little down about her circumstances. She will most likely be on chemo the rest of her life. I want to get her an encouraging book - I heard this is a good one - what do you think?

  1. I am so sorry to hear about your mother and send her loving thoughts.

I have not read the book but I do know of it and it's content.  I am not sure about it helping your mother though, as I think she needs something more positive to read.

This is a wonderful, inspirational book that will bring her hope.

    God Bless!

  2. Oh yes it is amazing. I would also watch the video of him giving his "last lecture" it is truly moving and will really put everything into perspective.

  3. I've never read that one.  But it looks interesting.  She may like it.  Also, I would recommend "Tuesday's With Morrie".  http://www.amazon.com/Tuesdays-Morrie-Yo...
