with any creamy type canned soup, you can make a super quick, easy & healthy potato bake...this is just one of my concoctions, very basic but tasty:

INGREDIENTS:

1 large onion, thinly sliced

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1 can soup

salt & pepper

grated cheese (optional)

freshly chopped herbs to garnish

In a glass baking dish, arange potatoes and onion.

Pour soup over the vegies to cover.

If you like, top with grated cheese for extra flavour.

Bake in the oven at 220 celsius for approx 30 mins, or until nice and golden brown.

Serve with salt and pepper and freshly chopped herbs as a garnish.

*brown chicken pieces .onions and mushrooms ,add can of cream of mushroom soup  ,bake in oven till tender .

*make a soup using all ur bits and pieces out ur fridge ,when cooked add can of tomato soup.

*brown onions,garlik, and curry powder ,add pieces of seafood ,,just cover with cream of leek soup ,cook gently till seafood is just cooked.

*brown garlik and onions,add mince meat of ur choice and brown ,add tomato soup (should be of a bolognese style consistency) serve over pasta,sprinkle with cheese .
