The web site say mail ticket 2 to 4 weeks before the game.

    I too bought US$5,000 worth of tickets from these b******s (in Nov. 2007).  I am very disappointed as I promised my mum that I will take her to both the opening and closing ceremonies.  How could they do this to us?

    Please file a report with the police and call you credit card company immediately.
