Have you returned a faulty item recently?

I have just found a hole in a jumper I bought a few days ago I will take it back today.

I had to take a freezer back to Comet because it didn't work - but not before I'd had to take a day of work for an engineer to visit my house to tell me I had to take it back because it didn't work

ah well, I suppose that's what my 18 days of holiday a year are for!

Take it back with the receipt and explain the problem, if you are very young or young looking go with a older person, because if you pardon the pun (they will try to pull the wool over your eyes). But you have the right to return goods for all sorts of reason and your reason is the goods are faulty. If they are not prepared to play ask to see the manager. If there is still a problem speak to the trading standards office. Good luck.

A sofa. It had hand prints in the material and the pillows were 2 different colors. It was a big fight and i ended up paying more for another and i hate it! But i got tired of fighting with them!
